Ticket Refunds:

1. A full refund, no questions asked, can be given within 48hrs of purchase. 

2. After this time no refunds are given, unless you are able to organise somebody to attend on your behalf. This is to protect ourselves when purchasing transport and applying for grants where attendance impacts our funding. 

3. Exceptions can be made where financial hardship is a concern – get in touch!

Data Use:

1. Your email adress and mobile phone will be used to contact you with event details. 

2. We don’t store, or handle, your card details. Payment is made via a secure Stripe payment terminal.
